The hotel was already closed and only had night check in, the members of the staff were having dinner outside and they took the time to walk me to my room. "This is a great hotel to stay at in Graz, it feels very upscale for the price. I liked the views from the balcony and the spacious open concept shower layout. The breakfast was also great. Transportation to the city center is only about 15 min on the tram right down the street. "

"Hotel is located in a somewhat remote area, so breakfast is a must, and it's pretty good, you can even order a dish made just for you, otherwise a very good buffet. "Pesima recepcion para cenar en el restaurant. La dama nos trató de forma muy irrespetuosa y poco amigable. Ocupamos la habitacion 209, durante toda noche había un ruido (golpes de maquinarias) en la habitación contigua. Era la sala de máquinas. Hice el reclamo pero la dama de la recepción mostrando ninguna empatia con nosotros, restó importancia al ruido diciendo que el ruido provenía del sistema de bombeo de agua y que no tenía importancia.
