"This property is right off the thru way which is nice. It is apparently a renovated Motel 6. The room with amenities are new. It is a 2 story building without an elevator. We had a one bedroom king with a pull out couch. Overall space was decent for a short stay. Basic amenities such as a fridge, microwave and hair dryer were available. Continental breakfast was: scrambled eggs, sausage, toast, mini muffins, make your own waffles, yogurt and cereal. Only complaint was how thin the walls were. We could hear any and all conversation outside "

"We love this place! Stayed here a couple times because our daughter goes to SUNY Geneseo. The owners are very hospitable and friendly, the rooms are unique and the breakfast is great! Only regret is we didn't book a room for our daughter's graduation. Definitely worth the stay!"

"I tipped the house keeper $5 each morning. She still left used coffee cup and water cup in the room. Hotel pricing fit the hotel. I would stay there again because of the price. "
