Two ladies travelling from uk. Hotel and surrounding area felt safe. Really convenient location for shopping. The Mall is not too fare away, free breakfast was good with plenty of choices.

I’d start off by saying I enjoyed my stay overall, as a solo traveller who was looking to explore Kansas City, I found this to be a really convenient place to work out from. The parking was good, the people staying were friendly. I don’t believe my room had been renovated but it was still okay. The kitchenette was perfectly adequate, however the lack of utensils may be an issue as they seemed to have a limited supply at reception as they do not come inside the room. Great hotel. Fantastic location. Power and Light and downtown only a few minutes walk. Streetcar stop also only a few minutes walk. Breakfast was nice. Lobby bar was lively and had a nice atmosphere due to being the world cup. As did the rooftop bar which was a nice way to end the evenings. Overall an exceptional stay.
