Probably won’t stay here again. It’s convenient and price is good but it severely needs updating and there is lots of extracurricular activity going on around there. People smoking pot in rooms and in parking lot and the person staying in next room was up all night talking either to someone or on phone.

I like the huge indoor courtyard and the bedroom part of our room. The bathroom wasnt as clean as I would have liked. The pool was closed and a lady we were visiting with in yge hot tub (where the jets didnt work) told us the pool had been closed the last 4 times she has been here. She said the hotel ised to be great but the last 6 months have seen a huge decline. The lights in the pool/hottub area were not turned on at night and it was challenging to see the next step on the staircase. If you just want a mostly clean and comfortable bed to sleep on it would be ok. For those of us that came here specifically to swim on our vacation it was a huge disappointment.

Thankfully when I got to my room it was clean so i could go straight to sleep. Building conditions in certain areas were a little jarring. Laminate flooring gave the room a cleaner feel.

The staff were unfriendly at the front desk. They did not provide info about where the pool was and how to get towels. The phone in the room was not working so when we updated front desk staff they stated none of the phones work. Huge safety issue! Also hot tub was not working

My daughter was having surgery at 6am and we live 2 hours away. We just wanted something comfortable and close to the surgery center. The photos were definitely deceiving. I can’t speak for the rooms anywhere else in the hotel, but the room we were given was disappointing. Firstly, I wasn’t a fan of the fact that there were 3 points of entry in the tiny room we were in.(two entry doors on either side and a conjoining room) It didn’t make for an easy nights sleep with just myself and a young child as I could hear people walking by each door at all hours of the night. I believe a different floor could possibly have rectified this. There were cracks, rust and mold on most of the walls and it smelled as such too. The room looked like it was falling apart and someone just said “throw a coat of paint over it” The bedding had holes in it. The plug in the tub was broken, and the shower was hard to turn on. I will say the water temperature was hot, almost too hot. I had to have it almost all the way down to not scold, so please watch that your young children don’t mess with the water knob when bathing. They had maybe half a dozen options for “snacks” For purchase in what they call the guest pantry. The restaurant was closed. It seemed the pool was as well, however there were people in the hot tub. We were only there from 8:30pm-5:30am so we didn’t get to use any other amenities and I can’t speak to the breakfast. The desk clerk seemed bothered by the fact that I was there.

Easy access to the rooms. We liked all the channels on the TV for sports. The only thing we disliked is the doors shutting. It was too loud at times. For the most part we enjoyed our stay.

It rained while we were our window leaked. Water was running from the window and onto our luggage before I noticed. The walls are thin and there was a crying baby next door. There were different unpleasant smells in each hallway. The pool is open to the lobby so you are immediately hit with the smell of chlorine. The door that opened from there to the hall smelled like spoiled food, and the hall leading to our room smelled like perfume. The breakfast was not free, it was an additional $10.95 per person!

Booked this gotel for a couple of nights while working in town. Room was very spacious and clean pillows and bed very comfy. The jacuzzi was a good size and well kept and very relaxing. Stayed on 4th floor so took a few minutes to get hot water for a shower but thats expected. Would gladly stay again. The staff was attentive and profesional from front desk to staff at breakfast. Good job RADDISON!!!

A worst experience I’ve ever had from staying at a 3-4 star hotel! No single chair in the room, not possible to work at that desk provided; no room service, no tower change, no coffee or water replacement after 1st day….

This was well in fact of price point. Clean hot tub and pool but the floor is not safe before getting to the pool they have this foam floor or vinyl floor, buckled and a trip hazard. I almost tripped twice on it. Recommend replacing that floor. The room was amazing but I found previous trash from another guest. One bottle of water flavoring additive was behind the fridge on the floor clearly visible. The breakfast was an additional 12$ but for its price point was well priced and tasty!

Loved the look of the property inside. Had an upscale vibe. Jacuzzi was amazing. But the room was freezing and the thermostat didn't work. Beds were comfy and so were the pillows. The breakfast is not complimentary. But definitely would stay again for it's price.

The whole building is very loud. Staff was less than helpful about a large group in the common area at midnight being loud right outside of the guest rooms. We also were locked out of our room while we were gone and the staff was rude and unhelpful, we sat in the hall for 20 minutes at 11:00 at night waiting on someone to help us enter the room (which was locked by housekeeping while we were gone). Over all the stay was fine for a night and the hotel was fairly clean and the beds were decently comfy.

Last two times I stayed I got my deposit back in hours. Day is almost over and I have not got my deposit back yet. I was not told when I would get it back. Also, the breakfast is expensive going with how much you pay for one night of stay. $12 a person for breakfast is excessive I think.

I stayed for one night. We had lukewarm water for shower that night and the heater was not working so I was cold. Also phone call made to the front desk was not answered. But the next day the staff were nice, gave us a free breakfast and refunded us half of the room fee.

Was probably a very nice property at one time. Right next to major highway so was a little bit noisy. Rooms were dated but clean. Good sized. Beds were comfortable. Good sized main area. Was perfect for softball team to meet up and have dinner. Pool and hot tub were clean and fun atmosphere. Staff was very accommodating and friendly. What I would expect for a $100 a night hotel.

This property was a Holiday Inn a number of years and since we last stayed there the property is in decline. Orange colored furniture, outside and inside paint needs to be updated, limited breakfast-only restaurant, plaster on hallway walls crumbling, etc among other issues
