"We came with 2 dogs, and was advised that we could dine in a specific area allocated with people with dogs. However the area was full of people (not eating, not drinking, and no pets), and there's no attempt/offer to accommodate us.
After paying £60 extra/nights, we ended up having order from Uber Eats."

"Very clean room with plenty of tea making facilities and lots of hot water, fluffy towels and a comfortable bed. Helpful full length mirror in bedroom.
Some of the communal areas look a bit tired, but staff welcoming and room was great for my needs (staying overnight in area ready for family get together).
Great location for Hythe and walk along seafront short drive away."

"Modern property, clean, and extremely convenient for access to Central Canterbury. Staff were particularly helpful and professional, 24 hour bar with some food. Excellent breakfast. Parking is located a 5 minute walk away as the hotel is a pedestrian area. Good local restaurants and tea shops are a short walk."
