Clean room and very nice view

Nice clean hotel very comfortable with sauna and outdoor pool [closed in winter]. Nice friendly staff and rooms.

Fantastic hotel in a really quiet area. Simple access to Vienna, which is about a 25-30 minute drive away. The staff are helpful, and accommodated me when I told them that I would arrive after midnight (I actually got there at 2am). Breakfast is good and the meals at the hotel are reasonably good value. Rooms are fantastic, modern and clean. They're also pretty big!

Really modern and very clean hotel. Breakfast was delicious and plentiful. Only downside was no tea/coffee making facilities in the room. Would definitely recommend and will just remember to pack the travel kettle next time.

This hotel is great, staff lovely and friendly. Rooms were spacious, free Wi-Fi, free water . Breakfasts were really nice Buffet style but also do eggs etc. perfect situation close to bus and railway stations. Highly recommended

I was excited to visit this brand new property as soon as I saw the ad online and it did not fail to impress. Absolutely gorgeous property, inside out. Rooms stylish very comfy and practical as well. Lobby area, cafe restaurant and the new opened bar will definitely be a meeting point for non guests as well. I’d like to note that the building itself adds beauty to the area, which is something that often does not occur. Highly recommended and will definitely be back!

Lovely hotel, very friendly and helpful staff. The breakfast was great and the rooftop bar a lovely addition- beautiful views of Vienna at sun set.

Really good location with a baby, palace grounds adjacent. Zoo was class

The hotel was very good, clean rooms and polite staff. However, we were not told that the Spa would be closed for maintenance during our stay and this was one of the main reasons we chose this hotel.

Things I loved: - The staff were all wonderful and helpful, both on the hotel reception and in Chez Bernard. - The shower had excellent pressure and temperature - The bed was very comfortable. A tiny bit more firm than I like, but I slept really well. - It was so quiet! With the windows closed you really couldn't hear anything outside. I'm sensitive to noise so a quiet room is essential. I barely heard anyone else in the hotel either. - When I mentioned in passing to reception I didn't like the...

Very clean and comfortable hotel. Staff were extremely friendly and helpful. Located close to city centre with excellent transportation options (subway trains, trams and buses). Highly recommend.
