"Ver nice hotel at reasonable rates, close to the train station and fairly close to Saharan Familia. Plenty of yellow cabs available just outside the gates because there is a huge hospital next door. Exceptional room service- I had a broken shower repaired in less than 5 min. Bathrooms are large with some unusual facilities like shoehorns! Water pressure in showers is very good. Only a small issue is that one cannot adjust the temperature of the air conditioning. But it was quite comfortable....

"Aunque el servicio y la amabilidad del personal fue excelente, la nota mala es que el elevador del estacionamiento del sótano del hotel no funcionó tres de los cuatro días de hospedaje, la solución fue utilizar otros elevadores de la propiedad pero varias veces hubo que subir escaleras 4 pisos. Además de lo anterior, el hotel es muy bonito pero sus mejores años han quedado atrás, hay muchos detalles que arreglar en las habitaciones, baños, tinas etc"
