When we booked this year I hoped she would be there still and she is. She goes above and beyond to ensure guests have what they need, even personally delivering extra towels to our room. "Hot water was barely lukewarm and no water pressure at sink and shower. Not sure if this is normal. Bathtub is peeling in big pieces. How they resolve these soon because it was clean and folks were nice."

"Do not book here !! Roaches and poop towels ! When we first walked in , it was roaches everywhere. We wasn’t able to get refunded so they moved our room . Still had roaches but this room had towel with poop hanging up ready to use. The breakfast items were old and spoiled . Literally the worst hotel stay we’ve ever experienced."
