"Great place to stay when in East Lansing. A bit of a drive to MSU but not bad. Spacious room, great breakfast & love the pool/gym area. Free parking as well!"

"There was blood on the door. Shampoo or conditioner splattered all over the shower and the cable TV was always fuzzy and cutting out"

"Check in was fine and it's a basic 3 star hotel so I didn't have high expectations but to be told I have to plunge my kids rooms toilet and then only offered towels as a way to have the floor and toilet cleaned after dirty human waste water gets everywhere since the toilet was overflowing, is beyond disappointing and disturbing. There was never an offer to have housekeeping come and clean the bathroom room as soon as they came in the next day. Nope....Just an offer of towels. The manager the the next day gave me the canned response of " oh you booked on Expedia, they'll have to give you any type of reimbursement. There's nothing we can do for you." So one of the nights we had no access to the bathroom/shower in one of our booked rooms. I will Never book with a Comfort Inn/Choice Hotels property again."

"The property was beautiful. I’m upset because I didn’t get free WiFi. Also, there was no extra toilet paper or Kleenex. I had to go and ask for both. "
