"We usually chose GQ for the quality price ratio. But this stay was much more expensive than the previous ones for the exact same accommodations. Not cool!
In addition, two incidents happened:
I witnessed a dog reliving himself in one of the elevators. To be frank, I have never seen so many dogs at once in a hotel before. Too many! What are the rules and protocols to ensure cleanliness and sanitation for all? Not to mention safety. And where is the staff to enforce them??? You operate with minimal staff.
The second issue has to do with coming back to our room to find out that the cleaning staff had moved our belongings in what felt a bit intrusive. In the bathroom everything had been shoved to one side. My suitcase which had been left open on the suitcase stand was closed causing everything on one side to be tossed around unrestrained. On the desk, everything was moved and zipped up needlessly etc etc…it left the impression that someone had been searching through our belongings."
