"If I could have given this hotel 12 stars out of 5, I would have! I honestly doubt that the Ritz in Paris has more gracious staff. Everyone from the housekeepers to the front desk was warm and welcoming and helpful. I stayed for three nights and felt like I was staying at my auntie's grand house. "The room drastically needed updating. Furniture was torn and worn. It was nice if coffee was available after the doors on the breakfast room was closed. When we first checked in the information to where our room was ,was not very informative. It took three of us to find our room. I would never recommend this property"
