Building and grounds in terrible shape with construction debris scattered about. Pool and hot tub closed without mention of that fact on either hotel site or Expedia. The room itself was clean but the rest of the property was lacking. Very low water pressure, so unable to use shower. Another guest complained of the same issue with the water pressure. Staff indifferent.

Let me start with the staff was excellent and very helpful! I really liked front desk’s friendliness and accommodation. Unfortunately their water system was down and the hotel had no hot water. The pool and hot tub were down when I went. The system was in the process of being replaced, so hopefully the issue is resolved. It just wasn’t at the point when I went. I was able to cancel my reservation and get a refund.

When I checked in they sent me to a room that was occupied already. When I went back to the front desk they told me that no one should be in the room and reprogrammed my key cards. I tried again only to be confronted by the lady already in the room. When I went back to the desk again they somehow found the note that said they moved someone else into our room because the other customers room was dirty at check in. The lady at the desk sent a man that had been hanging around at the desk to check the dirty room to see if it had been cleaned. He returned and said it was but when we entered the room we found dirty socks in two different spots in the room. The room had also been renovated and there were visibly exposed wires in the bathroom and near the bed there was an outlet without a cover. Over all the room was in terrible condition.

Walked into the room and walked back out. Curtains were so worn you could see the outside through them. Hole in the wall. Looked like 2 box springs on metal frames, had a moldy smell. People camping outside the door. Manager on duty said she would refund the same night and that has been 10 says and still haven't been refunded. Alot of unscrupulous people hanging out even walking in behind the counter into a closet and getting trash bags. Don't stay there! I didn't. It shouldn't have the Wyndam name on it and offer weekly rates. And it is bad when I am checking in and the manager on duty calls housekeeping to ask which rooms have been cleaned that day!!!

I am really surprised this hotel ranked so high on Expedia at an 8. When we arrived, I immediately noticed that people lived at this hotel which isn't a great sign. There were lots of pets. The hallways and stairways were dirty, and reeked of smoke. Despite the conditions of the hotel, the staff were super friendly. The room was decent with clean sheets, and the smell of cigarette smoke did not extend to the room.

We got there and they told us they had no hot water it was 3am so we could find another place. We went to the room and we had got 2 queen beds. One bed was fine but the other bed was not made looked like it was slept on with dirty pillows. The towels were dirty with stains on them. I was highly disappointed

This was the worst hotel stay I've ever had. First we arrived to no toiletries and the front desk staff told us to talk to the housekeeper in the hall, who offered us a half used bottle of shampoo another guest left! There was hair in the sheets and the shower. The shower backed up. My daughter used the bathroom and flushed and we came back to our room with the bathroom flooded! There were no pool towels. Dog bowls out in the hallway and we think there were homeless people living in the hotel. (Is that why there were no toiletries or towels??) The hot tub was lukewarm and green. None of the outside doors locked. HUGE disappointment but thankful we only had 1 night there! Do NOT stay here!!!!

Dirty towels laying in hallway. Our room was wide open when we got there. NO SOAP- went to front desk and they were out of soap. No toiletries-shampoo or conditioner or body lotion. The only linens were two bath towels-no hand or face cloths-had to ask for them. Coffee maker in room but no cups. Bed linens were minimal-white sheet on top of blanket-no spread. Breakfast was a joke. 1 mandarin orange 2 packs oatmeal White and brown bread but no butter or marg. Had a waffle maker but again no butter and syrup was almost impossible to get out. No water. Orange juice was like tang - apple juice had no taste. Coffee was not great. HOW CAN THEY ADVERTISE BREAKFAST. Not enough food for 2 people let alone a motel full. Staff must be taking the food home-that is if there was any to begin with. Stay away from anything WYNDHAM. This is our second bad stay-one Super 8 and now Baymont.

To start, short staffed. The night time manager tried . Mold in the corner of the bathtub where the tile meets the tub and there was a hair in it. We had to flush several times for it to work. There was no soap or shampoo and only one large towel and one wash cloth. We reserved 2 queens and first floor and we got neither. Breakfast was very minimal. Ran out of syrup and no butter for the waffles or toast.

Exterior parking lot is not well kept. Hallways need a deep clean. Rooms were very clean. Staff was very nice and accommodating. The breakfast won't work for anyone with dietary restrictions, but several restaurants nearby.

The whole place smelled of cigarettes the rooms had no towels the microwaves didn’t work tub had hair in it rooms smelled as well

The building was missing the lit up signage, the lobby felt like an old apt building. The hallways and room smelled like smoke, the room had chunks missing out of the wall, the drain was clogged. The room felt very old and bare bones. Was not worth it. In fact, it seemed like it was a place for long term renters that are struggling with housing. Horrible!
