Room configuration was poor, very crowded for two people. The beds were so uncomfortable we went home even though we had another night we paid for. construction in front of the hotel made it difficult to get in and out of hotel (road).

We had no hot water at all for 2 days. None not a little NONE so we couldn’t shower there. My keys had to be redone everyday. Someone walking by was able to open the door not sure if she was staff or not. It was uneasy.

The bed and pillows were comfortable. There was a stink bug on the ceiling. Neighbors stood outside smoking and talking and you could hear them. The breakfast option was horrific. The coffee tasted like water. There was white bread, no wheat or English muffins, sweet cereals and sugary oatmeal. Nothing healthy unless you consider waffles healthy or a banana and an apple. I was told eggs and sausage patties were coming today. Eggs ok. Do something about that coffee. It was horrid.

Convenient place to stay. Quiet (except a little extra noise on Friday night). Good for traveling with pets; generous space to safely walk. Not luxurious, but fair for the price. Pool was nice too. Love the parking right outside the room: easy to unload and load!

Bed had dead bugs under the mattress pad. Not bedbugs, just like little gnats or fleas or something. The deadbolt barely passed into the jamb and would have been zero protection against break in. Some pillows smelled like smoke. Like a smoker had slept on them.

My key did not work to the room the person had to back 2 times to get another one and my key still did not work. My dad has a prosthetic leg so we had to walk a long way to the room and we had shorts on because we were on way to hospital in Winchester from Tennessee. It took 30 minutes to get in the room. I would have thought the motel would have been more accommodating I probably wouldn’t stay again

We traveled to Lexington for VMI Family Weekend, and unfortunately, our hotel experience was very disappointing. When we first arrived, everything seemed fine. However, later that evening, when I took a shower, I noticed that the hot water was barely warm. By the following morning, there was no hot water at all. I reported the issue to the front desk and was told that they were working on it. Unfortunately, the problem was never resolved during our entire stay. On our last day, I was told that I would receive only a $30 credit. Considering that I paid $220 per night, a $30 credit is completely inadequate for the inconvenience of going without hot water throughout our stay. I expected much better service and accommodations for the price I paid. I believe a more reasonable refund or compensation is warranted given the circumstances.

The staffs at the reception area were super helpful. It was extremely busy due to series of events that were taking place around the same time, graduation, horse shows, but, the staff tried their best to accommodate clients.

Absolutely one of the worst hotel experiences I have ever had! I stayed at this hotel yesterday, and the experience was completely unacceptable. The front desk staff provided terrible customer service and treated guests with a lack of professionalism and courtesy. To make matters worse, the room was filthy, poorly maintained, and infested with cockroaches. The hygiene standards were absolutely disgusting, and it was clear that cleanliness was not a priority. No guest should have to pay for a room in such unacceptable conditions. The combination of rude staff, disgusting rooms, and serious hygiene issues made my stay a complete nightmare. This hotel should be ashamed of the way it treats its guests. Paying for a hotel room should mean receiving basic cleanliness, respect, and decent service, and this establishment failed miserably at all three. I would NEVER stay here again, and I strongly advise anyone considering this hotel to think twice before wasting their hard-earned money. Absolutely unacceptable!
