One of the better hotel/motels, that we have visited,breakfast was plentiful and good,staff was friendly and courteous,solid rest ,beds were comfortable,loved the overall experience.we will certainly return in the near future.

Spacious and clean room, newer facility, friendly check-in staff, convenient location close to Georgetown. Breakfast was so-so, workout room had free weights, but cardio was limited and elliptical was broken. Manager was very helpful with a booking issue. All in all, we can recommend this MainStay and would stay here again.

Staff were all very amazing and helpful. Rooms are very nice size and clean. Kitchen had plates and all the essentials to cook. Bathroom was very clean even the public one by the pool. Breakfast was DELICIOUS 😋! kids ate so that's a win in our book. Thank you for having such a wonderful, welcoming place to stay. Family friendly!!

Excellent Customer Service

Very clean hotel and friendly staff. We can tell the staff goes beyond call of duty and they actually care. The hot Breakfast was very good too.

Waited over 10 minutes for someone to even come to the desk to check us in. I had to call the phone number to get someone's attention. Went up to the room, it was propped open and the TV was on. Front desk said it must've been housekeeping that left it open but it made us uncomfortable. The pool was completely covered in white foam. We asked if it was safe to swim and the front desk had no idea. Overall room was decently clean. Breakfast had a good variety.

I booked a handicap accessible room but did not get one. Luckily they had a bath chair we could use. When we checked in we did not have any towels in our room. We had a kitchen but all of the dishes were put away dirty. We had no housekeeping services during our 4 day stay. We had to ask to get new towels and have our garbage's emptied. The bathrooms were pretty dirty (grout and around the tub). Everything else was good.

Our room was excellent and clean. Bed and pillows were very comfortable. Our room had everything we needed; full size fridge, microwave, toaster, coffee pot, dishwasher, sink, and even a hot plate. Our WiFi was not working properly but the TV did have live channels. The kids enjoyed the pool and breakfast was good too, with several options. We could hear kids running in the room above us but it wasn’t bad. Would definitely stay again.

Our overall stay was good. Room was cool and clean and the bed was extremely comfortable. The building was a bit untidy. Hallways needed vacuuming and the trash cans were overflowing.

We enjoyed our at MainStay Suites. The air conditioning unit would not turn off so we had to unplug it. The maid service did not come to bring us clean house. Overall, this was a good place to stay for our visit to the Ark Encounter and Creation Museum.

All of the employees that I meet were very friendly and helpful, but for a newer hotel it was nasty in the room. Had to go down to the front desk to get something to clean with because the tables were dirty, chairs were nasty, bathroom sliding doors were dirty and the breakfast was cold and not done! I wouldn’t recommend anyone to stay at this facility and I probably won’t be back.

Keep driving

Check in was fine. The room was okay. Bathroom light switch was broken and the heat/ AC fan would not turn off, even when turned off on the wall thermostat. It was also extremely loud. The room next to us played loud music until 1am. This could be heard in the hallway and even on the elevator. The pool was not clean and there were not any towels. Also the elevator certification had expired in 2023. Breakfast was also pretty disappointing.
