There was a person sleeping in the gazebo one morning when I left my room, I also checked in early and was charged an early check in fee for a room that was empty. I felt like that was something that could have been waived. Also my key cards didn’t work after the first day and when I went to get them fixed the front desk person asked me why I was given a room in the dungeon, I also had several people on my floor slamming doors and yelling in the hall way past midnight. The bed was terrible, the mattress pad/cover wasn’t on the bed and was balled up in the middle. So I had to remake the bed. I’ve stayed in a lot of places and some are much worse than this one but this was an unpleasant stay.
I was charged full price on the room.
Pool was out of service, could not use.
Restaurant was not complete, could not use.
Guest laundry was out of service, could not use.
Website didn’t say o word, everything was fine.
Went for our 28th wedding anniversary. We weren’t happy.
