"Hotel was clean and staff was very helpful. I didn't use any facilities so no comment on facilities. The only negative thing was that Elevator didn't stop at my floor even after pressing the call button multiple times. I could see that it was going up and down but kept on skipping my floor. I ended up dragging my suitcase downstairs. Elevator is outside of the building, so I couldn't ask for help either. Other than the elevator issue, I enjoyed my stay. "This is a family owned hotel in a great Old Town area of Prague. Staff is extremely helpful and attentive. Can walk almost everywhere from the hotel. The only criticism I have is you have to use a large key to enter and exit the room. No waving a card."
