"The lodge is right on the North Idaho Centennial trail. Very easy to walk along the lakefront from the lodge but it is not on the water. Our room was beautifully decorated, clean and comfortable.The mattress was a bit soft for us. Overall a great location and we would stay again when in the area."

"We liked the smaller size. It was busy sometimes but never chaotic. The breakfasts were excellent with lots of variety to please every family member. We also liked that the hotel had a elevator. It made it easier on my 85 YO Mom.we did not use the hot tube or pool so we don't have a response on them. The staff was great! "We absolutely adored our stay here. The house was easy to find, parking was plentiful, and from the moment we arrived, it felt like we were staying with a beloved relative. The entire space is warm, welcoming, and full of character. We stayed in the Blue Room, which overlooked the street from a lovely balcony. "Our stay was good but I wish the room was more clean. There was alot of dust on night lamps. The AC is old and was blowing so strong that makes windy inside the room and not possible to reduce it or change direction. Housekeeping didnt clean our room after first night. Not sure if they are supposed to make up every day or after the stay but I was expecting to have make up room. Breakfast was good and enough, similar to other hotels. "Only had a smoking room left for me and 7 or old daughter. The room was THICK in the smoke smell. Woke up the next morning eyes puffy and sneezing. I suggest an air purifier or something to ventilate the air better."

"The location of this hotel is perfect. I have stayed here in the winter for a swim meet at Whitworth and stayed here again for a swim meet at Witter pool. The location makes it easy to go downtown or to go north. I also really liked that we had a ground level room which made it easy access for my mom. Will definitely stay again."
