"We booked the queen ocean view rooms. The rooms were so small, 2 adults with their bags did not fit! The rooftop pool was quite dirty and the " pool area" was really untidy and small. We tried to get a refund as we were booked for 4 nights but the manager insisted we go through our booking service- FYI, they work together and need approval from the property to refund, which we did not get. When looking at the property, the pictures did not show how small the rooms were, they only showed the larger rooms with the balcony. "

We got a room in the quiet end of the building which was nice because we were able to rest well. But we would love to be near the pool area as my two kids didn’t want to get out of the pool. "
