"Tropical Breeze Resort is a fantastic place to stay for a vacation, with the beach just around the corner. The property is well kept and very quiet and peaceful. The pool and hot tub were pleasant additions, and the woman at the front desk was very friendly.
However, we did encounter a couple of issues during our stay. We ran out of towels on the first night, and no washcloths were provided. The beach towels in our room were quite sandy after just one day. When we called the front desk, they assured us we could get more towels and washcloths.
We also requested espresso pods for the coffee maker in our apartment. Unfortunately, despite calling every day, the supplies we requested didn't arrive until the night before we left. As a result, we had to make do with used bath towels and sandy beach towels, and we ended up purchasing our own espresso. Both my husband and I volunteered to retrieve these items from their office, but we were told they are provided by an outside service. It might be a good idea for them to keep some supplies on the property for travelers in need.
Overall, I will definitely stay again; I'll just bring my own towels from home!"
