"The private sauna is amazing. The bed was comfortable and the location is perfect near the cable car and a grocery store. The place is clean. I loved the breakfast nook. The summer card was so useful which gave access to free bus and cable car rides."

"Even after 2 hours of waiting well after check in time with small children the place had not been cleaned and we were given another room after a few difficult calls as there is nobody at the property. That place had no microwave like in the photos and no full size fridge. Wifi is practicly not existing. All 4 soap dispensers empty and even after calling they were never refilled.
