"We stayed at this hotel for two nights and had a very disappointing experience. The staff was extremely unprofessional, and the room felt dirty and dusty throughout our stay. It was unpleasant even to take off our shoes and walk around the room in slippers. We also noticed bugs running around the room. Everything felt old, poorly maintained, and unclean. The hotel markets itself as a five-star property, but in our opinion it doesn ’t come close to that standard. Our stay was very uncomfortable...

"I stayed here for my birthday and was not let down. The staff were lovely and the rooftop bar was great for an aperitif. The breakfast was also excellent. The hotel is also in an excellent location - highly recommended!"

"We really enjoyed our stay here - the hotel was quiet, calm and ideally situated for the city centre.
A short easy walk from the station and staff were friendly and helpful.
Breakfast was great quality with plenty of choice and good coffee. "
