The staff was very friendly and responsive quickly to our needs. We had a room on 15th floor with a beautiful view we felt right at home a room with three comfy beds, very clean, great water pressure, toiletries included hair dryer, Anything I asked they were very quick to respond and provide, plentiful yummy food for breakfast. I can say was one of the best stay and safe place 4blocks away from a Mall anything you need. Uber safe. My daughter had some kind of stomach bug a medic was sent to us directly and staff kept asking of her well being, much apprecited, will definately return to this place. Thank you

The worst check in experience ever. When I booked, I let them know my flight was coming in early signs 5am, never heard bavk for them, so I assumed an early check in was possible at that time. So when I arrived at the property, they stated early check would not begin before 10am, but I could buy a room for the night, which cost twice as much as I paid. I decided to wait until 10 to check in. Well come 10 am, they have no rooms left, so what happened to the room you tried to sell me 5 hours before. Several people had already checked out before then, so as early as 8am. It takes them several hours to change over a room, as I wasn't able to check in until after 1pm. I want the only one waiting on an early check in either, there were at least 4 other couples needing rooms. Based on this I wouldn't recommend if needing an early check in.

Al momento de llegar a las instalaciones estaban haciendo reparaciones de piscina y jacuzzi, nunca tuve acceso a esto tampoco al gimnasio debido a las reparaciones, existió diariamente problemas con el internet en mi habitación, por ende no podía trabajar desde el escritorio o cama, si bien es cierto, el tecnico subió varias veces pero los problemas persistian.

This is a great choice for San Isidro. The area is quiet and safe for a solo traveler. The breakfast isn’t the best. However, there are plenty todo restaurants nearby like Jose Antonio and San Jose. Staff is nice. Easy check in. Very quiet room service was on point.

Well located hotel in Lima. We booked for the pool and did not have any notice that this was closed for maintenance until check in..... disappointed since in Lima it is still warm weather season and the hotel did not communicate about it in advance. We would have changed if we knew about it

Cuando llegue hacer check-in al hotel este no tenia los servicios de agua potable y no tenia cisterna de agua. No notificaron que situación esta ocurriendo en el hotel hasta que llegue a la habitación y me percato que no tengo agua. El empleado de recepción Jose fue una personal muy hostil, malcriado y mentiroso. Le indique si me podida cambiar para otro hotel de compania de Dazzler y este indico que no se podia realizar un reembolso de dinero, ni una cambio de hotel. Luego de esta respuesta me estuve comunicando con el personal de expedia y estos me ayuda con el reembolso. Luego que Expedia se comunico con el hotel estos cambiaron su actitud y si podía hacerme un reembolso. Pero el recepcionista Jose de hotel Dazzler by Wyndham San Isidro indicadome que me iban hacer el reembolso de dinero y se realizaría el cambio para el hotel de Dazzler de MiraFlores como compensación por el mal rato pasado y que no tendria que hacer ningun tipo de pago. Cuando llego al hotel Dazzler By Wyndham de Miraflores estos fue una mentira por que tuve que pagar la noche. Es frustrarte que uno llegue cansada al hotel y quiera tomar un ducha y descansar, estos no puedo pasar por la irresponsabilidad de hotel.

Great location. Safe and quiet. Very nice neighborhood. Front desk staff not very kind, but ok. Room was clean but did not service the second night despite asked for it. Breakfast was good. Not many choices but delicious.

Avoid at all costs! Context: We spent 10 days in Peru. We had been in Cusco and even had stayed at Dazzler in Miraflores a week before. Also, for a family emergency we had to shorten our stay at this hotel from 3 nights to one. When we arrived we asked the staff to help us with the car elevator (as we did at Dazzler Miraflores where they were extremely helpful). The staff just pressed the button and didn’t help despite the elevator to be extremely small so the compact SUV I rented barely fitted. When I tried to check in there were 3 people at the front desk. One of them asked me for my passport and handed it to the only person that was on the phone. I had to wait like 5 minutes until he finished the call and he had the worst attitude. I then proceeded to tell him if he could help me because I needed to shorten my stay. He didn’t even try. He just told that I had to fix it through Expedia (what Expedia did was contact the Hotel anyway) or directly through the hotel reservations call center and didn’t provide the reservations center. His attitude was the worst. We then went to our room and tried to rest for a while. It was about 6 PM and we were just resting in our room when some maintenance people knocked on our door saying that they needed to go into our room to change the TV system. Why would they give us a room that they knew was maintenance people would go in an hour later? It was really unpleasant. Avoid this place. Stay at Dazzler Miraflores instead.

Staff was friendly at arrival, I had an issue with the tax fee which they should not have charged me as a foreign guest but they did anyway, using the excuse my boyfriend was a national but the reservation was under my name and expedia account. They gave me an upgraded room, so it kinda help me forget the incident. Overall my stay was nice, room was very neat and the pool clean.

The hotel is in good conditions, good service . No complains at all , I would recommed this hotel to any body, also the area is safe for people to walk at night.

Had a great stay. Interior facing room was extremely quiet, nice breakfast, and my favorite- the pool on the rooftop. Next time in Lima will definitely stay here
