"I booked this hotel after my flight was cancelled unfortunately. But I felt so fortunate that this unexpected stay went so well! Room was not very spacious but sized just right, With all the useful amenities provided and well designed features I felt so comfortable and actually had a very good sleep. However, I will say that this is probably the quietest hotel that I have ever been in, which was unexpected in the heart of London. "I liked the garden and being close to the river , but as I was in a wheel chair it was difficult to access the terrace and garden from the hotel restaurant.
There was no view from the window in fact couldn't see out or open probably for security reasons.
On the whole our stay was enjoyable the staff very helpful and kind .
