Perfect for a weekend break

Excellent location, friendly staff and great big clean rooms. The breakfast in cafe is a refreshing change to your typical hotel buffet breakfast.

This was my favorite hotel that I stayed in during my trip to Ireland. Shannon at the front desk was an absolute delight, she was incredibly helpful and just so kind. The hotel was very clean and the location was perfect. I would stay in this hotel again.

My favourite hotel in Ireland so far! The staff are lovely and gave great recommendations for things to do! The hotel was adorable and just made you feel at home which isn’t always the easiest thing to do when you are abroad. Will definitely be back and can’t recommend staying here enough!

Excellent property in the heart of Limerick. Sharron and her team were a pleasure to work with, responding quickly to any questions we had in a very timely manner. The room was very spacious, especially for Europe. We also appreciated the very tasty breakfast options at the cafe next door, included with the room. We heartily recommend this establishment and look forward to staying here the next time we are in Limerick.

In love with this place

The hotel is right in the city centre. It has way more character than any other mainstream hotels. I felt extremely comfortable. My room was very clean and looked like it was recently refurbished. Loved the style and decorations, it was very much like my own house. Sharron at the reception was super friendly and made me feel welcome.

Nice but noisy.

The hotel is lovely and the bed is very comfortable. Unfortunately the people walking in the room above you sounds so loud it woke us up both nights.

Personal Touches, Clean, and Fantastic Staff

One of the nicest places I've ever stayed. Its the little details that make it amazing. Free tea and coffee and water in the basement lounge, which is just a nice place to chill in. The rainforest shower in the room was amazing. Bed was super comfy. A personal hand written note card in the room on arrival. Staff were so helpful and friendly and genuine. My only negative would be the price of breakfast in the cafe...the food still tasted amazing, but for 2ppl, we had a total of 4 slices of toast, 4 poached eggs, avocado and feta with one, and 2 small slices of streaky bacon with the other, 2 sides of mushrooms, 1 latte, and one cappuccino (oat milk)...all of which cost us €35! Much too steep for breakfast in my opinion. On the other hand, when checking out, they offered us coffee to take away, which really should have just been given at breakfast then. Overall, I would definitely stay here again, I'll just go elsewhere for the breakfast.
