"Incredibly loud music (we could feel it in the floor four stories up) in the restaurant/bar ceased at 11 PM. Reports of broken items (non-working fridge, part of dual flush system of toilet not working) were supposedly passed on to maintenance, but in the ten days we stayed after reporting the issues nothing was done about them. "Chambre pas faite tous les jours. le personnel d'accueil peu plaisant . Manque de place pour le petit déjeuner."

"The contemporay design did not lend itself to convenience. There wasnt a place for shampoos, conditioners or razors etc. in the shower. The bathroom door was glass so there is no privacy. Because of the door the option of a relaxing bath is out because the light disturbs anyone in bed trying to sleep or rest. Location is close to the airport. It's a pretty good walk to the city trolley. The staff is very helpful and friendly."

"They didn’t have irons / ironing boards in the room. When I asked they said they had one in a dusty closet on the fifth floor chained to a radiator. That’s where I ironed my shirt and slacks for a business conference. Absurd."
