"Not going to lie. I've never even heard of this place until I was looking for a place to stay in Charlotte. Well I went of the reviews and they for sure didn't disappoint! As soon as you are walking to the main entrance you can tell it's going to be great from just how kept up the lawn and sidewalks are. Greetings from staff was almost too easy and only needed my room number, no papers or anything needed to be signed (I booked with hotels.com). When I arrived on my rooms floor it smelled clean, like you know your rooms about to be exactly how it was described. Sure enough it was more than.... The beds are so soft and I bring my own pillows because anywhere I've ever stayed has NEVER had comfortable pillows to me, so when I say these feathery soft pillows (4 of them on a SOFT AND COMFORTABLE) king size bed, just whoa! Don't skip them bc you've not heard of them and take my advice and go with them. I know where I'll be staying no matter what the next time I'm up that way! PS. Pets are allowed to stay too... That was the icing on the cake so to speak 😉"
