"The good - great instructions to get there and ease of getting in. Everything you needed to cook meals and hot tub was fab and ready to go when we arrived. Beds made up and plenty of space. Facilities good The ok - furniture a bit tatty, cleaning not so great - pet hairs all over and needed a good dust. No door mat so carpet was filthy and it smelt of wet dogs (other peoples). Shower hard to get right temperature, was hard to turn temp down as cold tap hard to turn. Couldn't watch on demand tv,...

"Beautiful location and cottage, all you need is contained in the cottage. Friendly and helpful hosts. Not too far from Lincoln and other towns. Well worth the money, would recommend to others. Easy to find just look for Kirkby Green Light Railway on google. However please note they no longer accept pets"

"The place was cute, and the neighbor was very kind, he came out to talk to us when we were trying to figure out parking the first night. The drive isn’t big enough for any car larger than a Mini, but there’s ample space for parking on the curb. The only real downside was the amount of bugs within the property. Any corner that was looked at held spiders of considerable size. I don’t recommend this place to anyone who’s as sensitive to those things as I am. We sat on the back porch the first night...

"A lovely friendly greeting on arrival. Bright, clean and spacious accommodation. Very good ambiance and pleasant surroundings. Very comfortable nights sleep and the highlight was being able to feed the alpacas and pig in the morning. Thank you for a wonderful stay. "

"Grayz Studio was perfect. I’d visited the tea room before, but never knew this lovely place was just upstairs. It was a lovely place to be, whether for wandering around Steep Hill, or for getting breakfast downstairs and staying in to work. Clean, sunny, well-appointed—and a giant welcome scone when I arrived! Thanks for a marvelous stay. 10/10 will stay again."
