"Lovely staff, nice facility, but I can't recommend the Jacuzzi tub rooms. We had one our second night and the tub jets didn't work. We let the desk know at checkout and asked about any kind of refund because of the room's tub upcharge. As of today, 2 weeks later, we haven't received even an email."

"Check in was easy! Our room was nice, beds were comfy and clean. Pressure in the shower was nice. Spotted an area of mold by the shower (probably due to poor ventilation) but not a big deal. Had a TV, microwave and a fridge which was great. We were right by the breakfast room which had decent food. Location is very nice, right off the highway and by a gas station and a couple little restaurants. Overall would stay here again!"
