"The property was super clean and as-advertised. Check-in was fast and efficient. The location was perfect for sightseeing and an evening concert at The Salt Shed. On-site parking was secured and well-lit. Would book again!"

"No hot water in the room "

"The view from my 22nd floor room was great, the breakfast buffet was fantastic and the bed was comfortable. There is one thing that could be improved, however. When I got in I was desperate for a caffeine fix. I do not drink coffee, only tea. However, there was no tea bag with the coffee maker, only coffee. When I informed staff they said that I could get it at the bar. For $6.00. Normally I bring tea with me, had I done so this would not be an issue."

"Bring a mirror! We stayed in the newly renovated rooms. Beautiful room. However, the bathroom design is awkward. There is no counter space to even shave or do hair. I would recommend bringing a handheld mirror. The staff were so friendly and helpful. There is a rooftop bar that is great and a wonderful restaurant on site. Highly recommend this hotel. "

"Perfect stay "

"Great hotel. Updated, clean, nice. I had 4 bags and when I arrived, no one offered to help me with them, offer me a trolly to take them to my room, etc. When I checked out, a nice bell man named Mark offered to help me, he was great."

"My experience at the Wade Hotel was very disappointing. First, I didn’t receive the room I originally requested. When I was moved to another room, it turned out to be even worse, so I had to return to the first one. The cleanliness was a major issue, the rooms were dirty and not well-maintained. To make things worse, there was no hot water for over a day. There was also no internet throughout my stay, and cellular service upstairs was extremely poor, especially with Verizon, making it difficult to make calls or stay connected. Additionally, basic amenities were missing. There was no complimentary water, and essentials like soap and shampoo were not provided, which is unacceptable for a hotel. Overall, it was a very bad experience, and I would not recommend staying here."

"Cons: The room was cleanish, the bathroom shower looked crazy. There was only half a covering so water naturally flows to the floor leaving visible water damage and mildew. The room had a nice size but a terrible view we just faced another hotel. The worst thing was that even from a high floor the 24hr street noise particularly ambulances and sirens was crazy loud. Pros: Common areas are nice and there was a Starbucks on property, very convenient. The location to attractions and shopping was great everything was a short walk or Uber ride away."
