"It’s my favorite place to stay in Springfield "

"Check out was super easy and I went around to the back and parked near the entrance to the hallway where my room was. Everything was nice in the room. There’s no coffee in the room, but there’s plenty at the breakfast the next morning! Breakfast is waffles, cereal, yogurt, danish, etc. I was really glad they had Jif peanut butter so I could have peanut butter toast! That keeps me going a while. Great room at a great price. I would definitely go back again if I were in the area."

"For a small town hotel, it was very clean, supplied, and the manager and his wife were very friendly. Breakfast was minimal but everything else made up for it. Will definitely stay again if I’m ever in the area."

"DO NOT STAY HERE!! Worst customer service I’ve ever experienced. I also was charged for items that was never used! If you want to have a bad experience, be over charged, terrible customer service, and an overall horrible experience, this is the place to stay! Beware and save yourself a massive headache and stay anywhere else! "

"Great staff. Friendly and elevated the stay. Property looks maybe average on the outside but the room itself was clean and updated, as were all the areas like bar, lobby, breakfast, etc. Fitness center could be bigger but it’s also a hotel. Great that they include meals and drinks with the stay. I’ve seen some reviews saying they didn’t like the food but my kid loved it. Perfectly good AYCE option included with the room gets an A+ from me as does the staff."
