"The staff was kind and helpful, however our room could have been cleaner. The carpet looked like it hadn't been vacuumed at all and my daughter pulled out the couch to sleep on the bed and there were stains all over the mattress. She ended up just covering the couch with a sheet and sleeping on that. ..."
