"The rooms are good ,well designed and decent size. Staff are friendly but we smelled cigar smell in the reception from staff. AC sound is loud in the night and can hear noise from the other rooms."

"I stayed for 2 nights and at the end of my stay I noticed some itchy bug bites throughout my body. After getting home, I saw a local provider who determined it was bed bug bites. I called the hotel to let them know and seek some compensation and was denied, which they claimed that I had gotten them from bringing out my luggage at gas stations. "My only comment is that I forget we now have to request our room be made up. For a two night stay, I don’t need clean linens, but it would have been nice to have the bed made and the towels folded. I’ll have to remember to make that request in the future. All staff were very nice."
