"The staff was super friendly and accommodating. We received a very warm welcome upon check-in. It is worth noting that you need to book a regular taxi, not an Uber or Lyft, to get picked up and dropped off directly at the property. Otherwise, it's a bit of a walk with luggage. Rooms are cozy and have everything you could need. Would definitely stay there again."

"Fantastic hotel. The staff were beyond welcoming and the location was in the heart of the town. I spent many hours analyzing our choices in the city and settled on this. The hotel had a very nice boutique vibe - wish we had more time to enjoy. If we are back in Zurich this will be our one & only choice. "

"Good place for a night in Zurich. Clean rooms, comfortable beds and they have a ‘family room’ with connecting rooms. Front desk was nice. We interacted with several concierge personnel, some were more helpful than others. Some really needed to be in another industry hence the 1 less star."

"I loved the library area and the view the Hills on the other die of the lake The maintained history of brewery and the old machines were facniating. An excellent location, at the top of a hill and lake being close enough. And the most attractive Part: the unbelievable roof top warm pool with agitators and 360 degree unobstructed view of the city and mountains. For staying in this hotel again, I will arrange my next year Europe trip in order to stay in Zurich for a few days. BT"

"Hotel location was excellent. Room was very clean and appeared to be recently renovated. Our room had air conditioning but I think some rooms do not so make sure you check on that especially during the warmer months. Front desk was very nice to us when we checked in. Great experience."

Only 26 rooms but each one full of nostalgia. Antiques adorn every room beds modern and comfortable. Staff friendly like you were their personal guest."

"Ok so I had high expectations for this hotel, but fist time in my 40+ countries of traveling I’m writing bad review. Starting with when checking in the staff was not only extremely rude, she was racist. I asked for upgrade after her being rude about me wanting to have nice room with views. I’ve NEVER seen anyone being so mean. Then they gave me room with no views. Even though I asked to pay for upgrade. Then the glasses were dirty with lip stain on it!!! The worst part was that the restroom...
