"Overall clean, spacious, and pleasant. Surprised to not have one usb outlet in the room."

"Breakfast was not at the level we expected at a Hyatt. When we checked in there was no one available in the bar area where we could get a drink or appetizers. We had to leave the hotel and go searching for a place. Bathroom vanity area shows signs of wear. The room was clean just old in need of some TLC. The very negative part was after we came back from being gone from 12:30 pm till 10:30 pm, room service had not made up the room. Not even new towels. Inexcusable.one the positive side, the bed was very comfortable and made with clean, crisp linens. We probably won’t be back."

"This place is under construction and I was up all night with the Construction noise! A machine running all night. The coffee machine in the room is only espresso so I ran to Walmart and bought our own coffee machine and coffee because The Milk Shop doesn’t open till 7:00 and as I said before I was up all night with the running Machines. So Im glad we had coffee. And as for the Hot Springs that says on this App. It says it is included with this place. Not True You have to Make A reservation and Pay an extra $28.00 a person to swim there for an Hour. And thats on top of the almost $275.00 plus they charge you extra on your credit card when you get there. Maybe in a few years when they are done working on it will be better. And also the Pools are far away from the places you stay so plan on walking to the pools."

"Easy access off I-15. Clean. Reasonably comfortable. Breakfast options are modest. AC worked well. Room door gad large crack between door and jamb. Needed to stuff it all the way around to keep out light, sound, and smell from kitchen."

"How new and updated it was and close to freeway and everything"

"Unfortunately, this property was not well maintained. In my particular room there were broken locks to door doors, broken ironing board and it was not very clean. The location is nice because it’s right off the freeway and next to shopping and universities."

"Currently disputing a double charge from this hotel with my credit card. So, not the best time to get my opinion of my stay. It definitely wasn’t worth twice the price. There was a full poorly stocked kitchen. Bring anything you may wish to use to cook. The place was clean but I I think it was only because it was so new. Was happy with what seemed to be a very cheap place to stay and the size of the room in our way through town to the desert. "
