"The flat was fairly spacious and the bed was quite comfortable. The living room has a sofa bed, as well. Kitchen and living spaces were clean and tidy. The receptionist on arrival and booking out was a disgrace. She should not be at customer point of contact as she represents the company very badly. She is the reason this review is not entirely 5 stars and let down her wonderful colleagues.
