"I would love this to be our new Eugene hotel! I wish we would’ve known about The Excelsior before now! Charming; quiet; secure; low-tech (no 27 LED lights blinking at night, staring into my sleepless eyes); courteous and helpful staff; delicious, home-made breakfast included; competitive pricing; and classical music themed rooms.
