"The staff were extremely kind and hospitable! We left some stuff behind and they contacted us on Expedia ASAP for us to pick it up before we left the town. We were very grateful. The room was big and spacious and toilet was clean. There were good supply of utensils and cookware in the kitchen. We loved that they also provided some coffee powder for us in the morning. "What a stunning hotel - most people walk by the outside, not realizing that this is an amazing building from the 16th century. A walk into the main lobby, entry hallway and dining hall alone is amazing. The staff was extremely helpful, and the rooms were impeccably historic in detail down to the polished hardwood knotted floors.
