The staff is friendly and helpful. The hotel is easily accessible from the airport and very close to public transportation.

The hotel was close to the airport, clean, comfy bed, courteous Staff, very good breakfast buffet, and affordable. I thought the location was going to be in the downtown area close to cafes, restaurants, stores, etc...but it was not.

We didn't add on the breakfast which was 15€ per person, so our room rate did reflect that details. For the price it is really an excellent hotel. Other hotels in this area had much higher rates. There is a self laundry easy to walk to if needed, and lots of cafes around to choose from. If you are on a tighter budget there is Aldi market close by and we just utilized that and ate in our room which had a refrigerator. The walkways are cobble stone so wear proper shoes to walk around. The metro is close if you are a saavy traveler. We found many people do speak English if you need help and everyone was really nice. We arrived so early before check in and they were very accommodating. It's also quiet for the city. Hope this is helpful

When making a reservation in a European city we’d never visited, we weren’t sure what we’d find when we arrived at Hotel Acta Moa. We were delightfully surprised and impressed with this gorgeous, modernized property! We arrived at 9am off our cruise ship and fully expected to store our luggage until check in time. Instead, the gracious front desk attendant gave us a room right away! She also gave us maps of the city, sightseeing advice, and directions to the Metro. We thoroughly enjoyed our experience with this hotel!

We stayed here before our flight back home and were extremely happy with both the staff and the hotel. The room was cute, clean, and had everything we needed for our stay. We had a later flight and the staff were kind enough to let us use the facilities for a few hours before our departure. The terrace is beautiful and the pool was a highlight for sure. A bit farther from the city, but not far by car and if you enjoy walking, it is nice. Overall, really enjoyed our stay here and this hotel is very modern and nice!

The room was very nice. The hotel location was very good. You can take the train to go everywhere. The breakfast buffet was very good also.

Hôtel intéressant et propre. Belles chambres et ménage sans reproche. Nous sommes restés pris dans un ascenseur pendant 50 minutes. Jamais le personnel de l'hôtel n'est intervenu. Heureusement qu'on a réussi à communiquer avec la compagnie qui fait l'entretien des ascenseurs avec le bouton d'alarme. Nous avons informé le personnel de la réception de l'hôtel et la seule chose que l'on nous a dite est: je vais aviser mon supérieur. Aucune excuse ni d'empathie !

I was there for one very short night. The room was very nice and very clean and a very good size. The pillow was my favorite pillow I've ever slept on. The hallway to my room had a creepy feel to it, and the door didn't seem to shut well. I did not have breakfast, as I needed to leave at 3:30 a.m. Even though I confirmed this with the Front Desk at check-in and later that evening, I NEVER received the 3:00 a.m. wake up call. Very bad service, concerning this. There were two gentlemen at the Front Desk when I left, and they barely apologized for their mistake.

Wonderful stay and close to the airport. The girl that checked us in was so friendly and influenced us to visit Pena Palace our last day. Comfortable bed/room. Only comment is that the elevators close very quick.

The hotel itself is good! The staff are helpful and I can’t complain about them. However the hotel is near a train station and is very very loud even if the windows are closed, you can hear it like is inside the room,it stops at 1am and starts at 6 am which makes difficult to sleep. The breakfast (the restaurant is not from the hotel is a separated business lets say) is not good at all,the options are basic basic basic, which is upsetting . They should definitely look into that,the acta hotel for their costumers and the restaurant (Origem) maybe they should offer something better for the breakfast. The gym is amazing though.

The hotel breakfast was delicious and healthy. Service for supper was slow. The room was small but clean. The bed was comfortable. One negative was that the hotel was quit isolated. Fortunately the subway was close , so we were able to go to the centre of Lisbon.

Our overnight stay at Hotel Acta in Lisbon was excellent. The property has just been totally renovated recently to a high quality. The property is very clean, lobby staff were very friendly, helpful and professional. They have great free lockers for luggage for early arrivals or late departures and offer a comfortable lounge. We had a superior room which was perfect. Beds were very comfortable. Nespresso coffee maker and a kettle for tea were nice. We would definitely stay here again.

The hotel was modern and clean. The location worked well for us, as close to the metro to get to the harbour and city attractions, close to a supermarket, and close to a rail station to get direct to Sintra and other attractions outside the city. We booked a top floor suite with a patio balcony. The downside was that although it had a fridge and microwave, there was no plates, glasses or cuttlery. Only paper cups were allowed as the hotel was still awaiting approval for these in the room. Hence spoilling a nice evening glass of wine on the patio with views of Lisbon.

The evening staff seemed very unprofessional. One of the cleaning crew took our room key after cleaning, we had no ac running which was not a big deal, but when I called the male staff told me I gotta come get the key cause one of his coworker is on break. I asked, if he can drop it off later in his convenient time, he said no, so I went down and found out he wasn’t alone. The next day, cleaning crews did not leave enough towels so I called to ask if they can drop off more towels when they can, the same guy said he cannot and told me I need to come get it. I told him my daughter is in sleep and cannot leave her alone, he said he still cannot do that..so I just ended up not getting the towels. Those are just two examples. Breakfast was also not ready on time half time during our week stay. We waited over 45mins in the breakfast area one day but still it wasn’t fully ready. Overall, I wouldn’t go back to this hotel due to the low quality service i experienced from those evening staff.
