The exterior view was a little disconcerting, but once inside the building, we felt very comfortable and appreciated the beauty of the perhaps historical structure and all the amenities in the kitchen area.

Great location with easy street access and simple access to downtown. Would stay here again. Seeing many other travellers drag their luggage over cobble stone streets inaccessible to cars to get to their accommodations made us very grateful that we stayed here. Building also had an elevator which was a happy surprise!

Over a great experience! Only recommendation is bring your own lock for the free lockers to store your bags before check in. Other than that great stay and staff was very helpful

Really nice staff and it is close to plaza du comercio, which is good, but the room was not at all like the pictures, so different of how we saw it when we booked it. The area around the property was noisy and dirty and overall seemed unsafe. Not worth the price, because it was not cheap.

The walls are paper thin. Heard people knocking on doors all night and loud conversations in the lobby (i was on the 2nd floor). The place smelled like mildew and the bed had hair on it. Bathroom was nice and so were amenities. Didnt feel the safest in the area, but liked having a grocery store across the property.

Second time in this hotel . This time we got a bigger room, it was nice ! The only major inconvenience is the exterior. The walk to the center is not that great because of the big park . It feels unsafe and dirty. I wasn’t trilled to walk at night to get back to the hotel.
