Overall, it was as advertised. The hostel itself was great, room was spacious, but the building itself it’s a tad older and there’s a bar underneath and it can get loud.

Great stay

Nice welcoming at arrival, friendly staff, spacious room with TV, fridge and AC. The room was cleaned every day by the staff and was always tidy. Great location, close to many good restaurants and about 30 minutes walk to the ocean.

Check-in experience was great. Each time we met a friendly staff nember. We took room with private bathroom, which was very useful, though it costs more. Hotel is conveniently located near Green Metro line as well as to Tram 28. ALFAMA district is at walkable distance of 20-25 mins The street and area in general has many Bangladesi and other immigrants owned restaurants and gricery stores. Street stays busy at least till 11pm and sometimes may have bit shady and homeless people on it, but we didn't feel unsafe walking late to our hotel. Overall hotel is decent.

When we arrived at electrico cab driver warned us to be aware of pickpocketers.My first impression of the area was questionable. We walked around the area and immediately loved the location of this property. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Room was very clean bathroom very clean. I really lovedy last night stay in Lisbon. I would definitely stay here if I returned to Lisbon excellent value.

Good experience on eletrico guesthouse

The stay was good in general terms. The room was clean and spacious, the bathroom was clean and in good conditions. The only point I think needs improvement is the entrance to the building. I think may be is shared with other hotels or apartment owners. Sometimes the entrance has an unpleasant odor.

Great place to stay in a semi busy area full of different cultures. Bed was comfortable, the bathroom was always clean. It does get a little loud in the area, would recommend wearing ear plugs if noise bothers you. I would definitely stay here again.

The staff was amazing. They were kind and genuinely interested in the guest's needs and background. The in house inventory of drinks were great and extremely affordable. I bought a nice bottle of porte wine for 6 euros! Air conditioning and heating is near new. Shares bath was super clean and just across the hall. Location is walking distance to the best of Lisbon. Will stay there again for sure.

Excellent service, very friendly and helpful. And the rooms are comfortable and really clean. The street was very noisy at night, as well as some early morning shouting voices... but rather than that, very happy with the place.
