The booking was supposed to be 2 people(my mistake). I messaged them about this in advance and asked they update it so can have a double bed. In the same message i asked about their spa and said to contact them directly but nothing else about the booking so seemed all was well. They then charged me an additional $140 when i got there that said wasnt covered by my booking. When i checked expedia i could have just cancelled and rebooked so it would only have been $40 more had they let me know ahead of time.
They don't let you check-in early (not even an hr) and when i got there they were not very informative nor give us options to spend time at the bar or give suggestions what to do.
Also the booking said we get a beverage included with our stay which was not given to us automatically upon check-in so be sure you ask for the voucher.
Once we went to 1st room we saw 2 twin beds. I asked to move. The 2nd room they moved us to, the heat didn't work (they suggest we wait 20 more minutes when we had already waited for 30minutes and room got colder). They didn’t have maintenence guy there to handle it so we moved to another room.
The espresso maker in the rooms had condensation and smelled musty so be sure to be prepared to clean it if you want to use it.
Beds are very stiff & the pillows are very lumpy and lack support. They seemed old. We asked if they had extra pillows but didnt. Strange.
SPA: Steam room dangerously hot. Sauna & hot tub were warm but not proper temps.
