Very welcoming staff on arrival/check-in. The staff was also quite attentive at the included breakfast, which offered MANY delicious options. The room was on the 6th floor, and the elevator only went to floor 5, necessitating a climb, sometimes with bags, up and down a narrow spiral staircase. The building was very secure. Great location for restaurants and transportation options.

This boutique hotel welcomes you as soon as you arrive. Staff are very friendly and helpful. Rooms are clean and adequate. Breakfast is really generous and tasty. I have stayed in many hotels and strongly recommend this place.

Tremendous location in the city center and they provide an incredible breakfast. Unfortunately we did have a noisy neighbor above us so the sleep was not as pleasant as we would have liked. If you sleep well and want to be right in the middle of everything then this is the place for you.

**★★★★★ A truly wonderful stay!** We loved every moment , Right in the heart of the city, it was an easy walk to all the major attractions. Breakfast each morning was fresh and delicious. Special thanks to João, Lana, Penelope, Natalia, Madalena, Marcus, Telma, and Mariana — from the front office to housekeeping, every one of them was warm, attentive, and made us feel truly at home.
