"It was cute and comfy. Great location and price!! The view was great too as we were in the back and the woods were right there. Also loved being able to open the window for fresh air! Some updates need to be done such as a couple of the window slats were broken. The fan and light in the bathroom didn’t work but the light about the vanity was very bright. There was a few ants but I told management and they went right in and took care of them. "

"Nice and convenient place to stay. Staff responded immediately to an AC unit issue and gave us a new room without having to ask. Front desk staff were friendly and helpful. Rooms were clean and parking was accessible. Would stay here again."

"We have stayed here more than once and chose to return because it is a good value and comfortable. However, I do want to note that we were assigned to a handicap accessible room, which we did not need. That is not a problem, but I don't think it would be suitable for someone in a wheelchair. While the shower was a roll-in shower with a fold-away seat, the shower head which appeared to be hand-held and adjustable, was fixed in place. We had a hard time getting a decent shower because of that and...

"The room was clean, everything was functional and the water was Hot. They serve a breakfast as part of your stay. We would stay again. First time at a LaQuinta inn and was impressed!"

"Both the staff and our suite at the Four Points by Sheraton were great and I would definitely recommend this hotel to others! Our room was very clean and the beds were very comfortable and the staff were so kind and helpful! We were taking an early flight out of the Manchester airport and it’s only 2 miles away, so that was incredibly convenient as well. Overall, I highly recommend this hotel! Thank you for a wonderful stay!"

"Safe area, close to airport, friendly front desk staff."

"As soon as I walk inside the room, I could smell the cigarette all over the place. Even if I spray perfume, the smell of cigarette would still be there which made me sick. I had my graduation the next day so I did not have much option of staying there. I also didn’t appreciate how the key card to unlock the room stop working after the first tried. The room had some dust inside which needs to be taken care as well."

"Our room was nice and comfortable. The bathroom was clean and spacious. The kitchenette was useful. The only complaint was the soap left in the shower from the previous guest, the lack of ports to charge my cell phone, and the drain for the sink."

"The staff were disorganized and rude. They communicated with me poorly and did not take any accountability for their mistakes and disorganization. The staff did not apologize for the inconvenience and denied to accommodate my husband and I in anyway. I felt disrespected and dismissed as a guest. "

"The building itself was beautiful like a castle. But the parking is so far away and the set up of the parking lot not good. There’s absolutely nothing here to see or do. You can’t even get a complementary cup of coffee.! The coffee maker in my room, someone opened coffee and poured it in the wrong slot and apparently nobody cleaned it out before we checked in?? When the heat just at 70 hit the room it smelt like something was burning? The table to sit at was so wobbly you couldn’t sit there and...
