"No reservation. We walked in and was told overbooked for 2-3 days. I went on expedia and was able to book a room. Mind you that we valet the jeep. Got the jeep out of valet and back in valet. They would not park it in covered parking saying it was too tight. Truth was they dont know how to drive a stick shift which i was willing to park. They said i was not allowed. So they left it in open air parking lot. Checking out the valet walked us to the jeep. Did not offer to carry our luggage. Great room...but for over $600 it should be managed better. Open air parking was a big turnoff."
