"Very cozy, Room, extremely clean and bed comfortable. Thanks for having the mattress cover on tip of the mattress, made it even softer. This was wonderful. The games and puzzle board set up in the lobby is so thoughtful. The pool area is very clean. Towels kept handy. Thanks for the nice selection of the tea and having lemon water and ice water available and love the popcorn treat. Your decor is homey and makes this a home away from home. The private porch balcony and rockers were very relaxing. The breakfast being sealed made it easy to stay and enjoy or grab for the time we need to hurry along. I found all of the staff very capable and professional, We witnessed a guest who was pushy and demanding and the young lady at the desk stayed in control and never left the conversation get out of hand. She kept her tone level and respectful and that defused the situation at that time. You can be very proud of your people. The location of the hotel is convenient to so much. "I was very skeptical because my local Days inn is not very nice. So I was very pleasantly surprised when we pulled up to the property, it was very clean very well lit smelled like chocolate through the whole building. the pool was fabulous. The breakfast was good. And the staff was all very kind and helpful."

"The rooms are recently remodeled so up to date and clean. However, both our room and our son’s had an issue with the shade. There is a large bead on the chain to close it and it was caught inside the top. After a struggle it released. The rainy day and early season meant no outside swimming or amusement park. The inside pool is small and a lifeguard always on duty, 9:30-9:30. Hot tub is small - sits 6. It’s not great. I couldn’t see controls anywhere so jets aren’t strong. A small baby pool is great for the little ones. It says 1.5 ft deep but more like a foot. The bigger kids really enjoyed the big pool. Dinner at Penleys was ok. The Cobb salad great and chicken nuggets and fries typical. Our son got the brats. He enjoyed them but we both thought the gravy wasn’t needed. I would have liked some cooked marks on them. Mac and cheese looked good The only option for breakfast was the buffet. The only gf/df choices were scrambled eggs, bacon, sausage, fruit and granola. Oatmeal with topping choices would have been welcomed. Pancakes and waffles were precooked "

"Great staff. The pool and gym are well maintained and a huge plus since the weather ruined our Hersheypark plans. Easy parking, nice amenities, and a great location near downtown with plenty of food and drinks nearby. Great stay overall!"

"This was the worst stay ever; it was completely disgusting. The towels, washcloths, and sheets were extremely dingy. The tub was filthy, with a ring of dirt around it. The pillows were stained with what appeared to be grease. The shower curtain was dirty. Although the facility was designated as non-smoking, the entire building smelled strongly of cigarette smoke. Fortunately, I brought my own washcloth and blanket. I reported these issues to the front desk staff, who seemed unable to comprehend the severity of the problems."

"It was really sketchy feeling when people living there are roaming the halls and making interesting noises in the night. Seemed like a halfway house hotel. Not going to lie! I walked into my room when I first got there and there was a nasty smell in the room which did not go away the entire stay. I decided to room with my friend at her hotel bc of how creepy it felt. Not a recommendation for anyone to go there. I did not feel comfortable! The breakfast sucked too and was completely under done! Grosssss "
