4. Useful services: The kitchen provides free tea and coffee. Hair dryers and locker padlocks can be borrowed from reception, and free luggage storage is available.
Cons:
1. Cash-only payments: The city tax must be paid in cash, and a €10 key deposit is required. This cash-only policy would be better communicated more clearly on the booking website in advance.
