"I loved everything about the property with one exception. While fairly was minor overall it did cause me personally a problem sleeping. I really wanted to rate my stay at 5 stars but the light coming in from the cottage entrance next door did not allow me a good night's sleep. For most guests this would probably not matter but any light causes me to not sleep well. I would recommend blackout curtains or a screen on the side of the door light that could block the light from entering into the...

"Let me start by saying that the place is impressive. I was looking forward to my stay after booking. The biggest issue: the room was hot. I struggled to fall asleep on the amazingly comfortable bed due to the room being so hot. I did lower the thermostat, but the room just never cooled off. There was also cobwebs in the bathroom....I want to go back and maybe request a different room.....I wanted to give a 3 star across the board, but the property was so impressive I just couldn't go that...

"Nothing was unique. The property look ran down. The pool had no water in it to swim. The floor 5 which I stayed had no ice machine, just a room for one. Rooms service comes every two days for clean bedding, towels and empty trash. No security are on staff as I sit outside and watch an altercation between three black men."

"Got to the breakfast buffet at 931 other closed at 930 and they couldn't even comp a breakfast for me with room service and told me if it was the weekend they would have been able to get me breakfast from the buffet."

"The property was clean and had friendly staff. The parking lot is small but there is a dirt lot next to it you can also park in. It was a little disappointing they charge for parking but there isn’t room on the paved lot for all the guests so we ended up in the mud in the dirt lot. On street parking is free so it doesn’t make sense that there is a mandatory parking fee. It is walking distance to the Clinton Library and downtown Little Rock which is nice."
