"I was grateful that the heating worked as it was a cooler, rainy night and I had only one blanket on the bed. Couldn’t see much of the view until the morning when the clouds had cleared. Staff wanted us to change rooms for an additional night and we chose to leave instead, but the billed us over $500 for the night we were not going to use.... with 12 hours notice. Very inflexible and refused and portion returned for the night we were not choosing to use. Great marketing, right!?!? Stay away from Estes Park resort!!!! There are lots of friendlier & less expensive places around Estas Park."

"The rooms were clean, gave us 4 sets of towels(so many places gave us 2), towels were refreshed and beds made, breakfast could have been better..not much for fruit, tiny yogurts, had lots of coffee though! The rooms could be bigger, so hard to place all our luggage. Would most definitely stay here again. So close to downtown. We had Elk walk through the hotel sitting area. Complementary s’mores!"

"This was our second time staying at Streamside on Fall River. We love the location next to the river. We enjoy seeing the wildlife that visit the property. The staff is friendly and helpful. The property is just down the road from the entrance to Rocky Mountain National Park. It’s also just a short drive into Estes Park. We highly recommend this resort!"

Don't let the somewhat ragged outside of the lodge worry you - our room was lovely and in great shape on the inside, plus quite clean.
