"We checked in late 7P as there was an unexpected blizzard in Denver.
We went to the room, all was fine until we attempted to utilize the microwave. All the power blew out in our room. We called the number listed 4 times, to NO AVAIL!
We had NO POWER, NO LIGHTS, NO HEAT, NO TV, NO INTERNET, NO MICROWAVE!
MOST IMPORTANTLY NO RESPONSE FROM THE Stone Mountain Lodge during a freezing cold blizzard night!
I will be disputing this on my credit card, and do not recommend staying here, as there...

"The staff was outstanding and super nice. Rooms and the entire property are old and need a refresh. Beds and bedding are comfortable. Was very clean. Great location. The pizza place across the street is awesome. I did have a great view of the mountains from my balcony. I’d probably choose one of the other properties next time though. Oh, the green chili at breakfast is good too. "

"My family and I absolutely LOVE this place. The cabin we rented provided everything we needed for a getaway. Everything was nice and clean. The kitchen had everything you could need to make a 5-course meal, with the room. The hot tub was a great addition and was nice and warm. There was plenty of room for 5 of us to spread out, it was great! The grounds were so nice and kept well, absolutely beautiful property! We will definitely be coming back! "

"Very lovely room and amazing location--literally our only complaints are that the AC was not strong enough to cool down the entire room to our preferred temperature and the bed hurt our backs after two nights.
Otherwise, however, the place has lovely amenities and was very clean! Overall, may stay here again though, as I said, the bed certainly may effect our decision..."
