"The absolute worst place I’ve ever stayed in fact I didn’t even stay. I just got there. I tried to take a shower and in the middle of the shower the water started spitting out brown water. I left and had to rent a different room at a different hotel. They wouldn’t even refund my money."

"Easy access from highway, and there were plenty of parking spaces. Staff member was friendly and sign in was quick and easy. The room and bathroom were both clean. Sheets pillow cases blankets and towels were also clean. The heater-air conditioning unit was quiet, but difficult to regulate. After cooling down the room I turned it off for the night. No elevator, so I had to trudge up two lifts of stairs to get to my room on the 2nd floor. Overall a decent place to stay."

"The hotel was very dirty. Carpets were in dire need of cleaning all throughout the facility. The faucet in the tub was leaking, there was black mold in the tub, hairs in bathroom and the deadbolt was broken. We could not stay there. I would like a full refund."

"The support and service was outstanding! The Inn had a wonderful vibe - sitting on the front porch felt like sitting on the front pot at my home. It felt like a place where everyone knew your name. By the time breakfast ended, the other guests were sitting at our table where we talked for what seemed an hour. Highly recommend!"

"No breakfast no pets not even service dogs. Staff argue and say your wrong. Thought customer always right. Claimed dogs were in room cause dog hair on dresser off clothes. But did not. No pool nothing for kids. Cost more then what should for what you get. "

"Picked the location partly due to having a pool for 3 kids. The sign says “closed for cleaning”. So you would think it’s closed for cleaning. The kids got up the next day and put their suits on before breakfast- sign still up. The front desk says the ceiling fell down and it is out for a couple of months. "We have stayed here countless times over the past four years while our son was a Bates, he played sports so we spent a good 4-6 weekends there. Definitely our go to place to stay in the L/A area for visiting Bates, so close and easy to get to campus! The staff here at the absolute best! They are so kind, and go out of the their way to be helpful and accommodating. The breakfast is fantastic, wild Maine blueberries are a treat.
