The property was new so very clean. The air conditioner had a bit of a struggle keeping the room comfortable. Breakfast was chaotic and they were out of most things when we went down about 8:00. The lady serving was very sweet but appeared more concerned with bringing people individual things they were asking for than refilling the food.

The rooms were clean and fresh. You can tell the place is new. Breakfast was good. Food looked appetizing and tasted great! I was disappointed that they said there were biscuits but I either missed them because I was late or they didn't have them that morning. The staff was super friendly and inviting. We walked in to a smiling front desk staff which felt welcoming. I highly recommend Home2 Suites By Hilton!

Stayed at this newer hotel twice over Christmas. Both times we had huge snowstorms. The check in was fast and friendly. The hotel is spotless and our room was no exception. The staff kept access open with constant snow clearing. Very enjoyable stay.

Staff was great...I would have preferred a suite that was not handicap modified, we did not need that and the shower gets water all over the floor. For what you pat, breakfast was acceptable but over 4 days a bit repetitive. Nice courtyard in front, lots of public space. Boxed wine in snack center for purchase was yuk!
